We do our best to sell only items our suppliers have in stock; however, limited quantities may on a rare occasion cause some merchandise to be sold out at the time you place your order. If that happens, we will contact you to see if you would like us to send a substitute item or cancel your order. If the item has been discontinued we will cancel your order, not process any charges and let you know so you can look for another team collectible gift from our great collection.
All prices shown on the website are valid for purchases at that time. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.

We process orders within 2 business days and will send your order via UPS or FedEx. Due to NFL regulations, we cannot ship orders outside of the continental United States. All orders shipped will be billed at the following rates:

Orders shipped to military addresses will be sent via USPS. Extremely large or heavy items may incur additional charges. Customer is responsible for all additional duties and taxes.
Refunds are available if your item is returned within 30 days. We will refund only the price of the item purchased excluding any shipping or handling charges. An exception to this would be if a defective product was sent to you in error. See our Returns page for more information and request form for a return authorization.

Returns for non-damaged merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in new condition and be accompanied by a return authorization code. We will credit the price of the item ordered after receiving your return. See our Returns page for more information and request form for a return authorization code.
